chase

why do all the bigger doggies always pick on me? huff.

this picture shows why sections of parks for small or inactive dogs are such a great idea. i love to play ‘chase me’, but that’s different than being pestered, chased incessantly and cornered.

disclaimer: i actually liked the dog chasing me in the photo. but a siberian husky and another dog were a little rough with me last night and that’s why i wanted to share. this, though, was the best pic we had of me being chased. your humans simply can’t get good pics during the times when they’re busy protecting you.

it’s a taro shiba goofy photo friday!

when i go walking, if there’s wind in my tail, i’m gonna get it. i don’t care if i get dizzy trying, i’m gonna keep trying until i get it.

and, in the pic above, my shadow goes after its tail, too. even shadow shibas have annoying tails; who knew?

good/bonus pics:

it’s a kiyomi shiba goofy photo friday!

wednesday night, kai walked kiyomi and i just before some storm clouds rolled in. there was some wind, but, more importantly, there were lots of leaves to chase.

kiyomi does not like to walk far from the house when it’s warm. but if she can chase leaves, she’ll get so excited that she doesn’t care. she walked all the way to the dog park and most of the way home. she was such a happy li’l shiba.

before we got home, though, kiyomi wanted to stop and check out a sprinkler. she likes to attack the water that comes out of the sprinkler. of course, this means she ends up all wet, but she doesn’t mind too much.

here’s a goofy pic of kiyomi cleaning her nose. you can see the set of kiyomi and kai after the walk here.
